Understanding the Brain. Mind Makes Things Possible

Life is interesting, how we can take an unexpected turn. and the ambiance changes, hearing a song or melody that touches the heart of you, or a distant rhythm coming from the background somewhere that stops you in your tracks. You are mesmerized by this gift so unexpectedly that it captivates your senses and releases your inhibitions. You sway, move to the rhythms that have heightened your senses. You move naturally, but also remember what you have been taught– to dance. Thanks to a beautiful mind that we have been given. We can enjoy our gifts, we can explore our options and discover our potential. We have been given life. And by understanding how our body works, dependent on our brain, and our mind providing the needs for our body. From every breath we take to every move we make. There is a song in there, maybe a poem and at least an idea.

Thanks to our brain our mind can expand in knowledge, thoughts and action. All we have to do is take care, be aware and be thankful that we can see, hear, communicate and articulate. In that regard or in that respect, we need to be aware of all our senses, for our senses will help be our guide throughout our life. Not only our guide, but help us reach that higher plateau that is needed for each stage. So, very interesting. Occasionally through our search, we will come to another plane of development or achievement. Remember, we are always learning. So don’t get discouraged or give up, especially if it’s for the good and the result will benefit so many. The nice thing is we hardly ever get stuck when we use our brain properly and for the right reason, Right now, we have to reevaluate our reason and purpose. Seriously. What is happening around us and to us. Not to panic or feel overwhelmed. But be inspired. Share your thoughts and ideas to build your team. Encouraging with  thought and consideration  Enhance your ideas with positivity, enthusiasm and let the confidence grow as shape and form becomes the reality.  Again, remember to stay committed to our main reason and purpose that is paramount in this time. For too long, we have let the monetary or money be the focus while our real reason and purpose has been left waiting to be attended to wake up the apathetic and the skeptics–to understand the importance and magnitude that is possible for a goal that is worthy.

There are addictions to money. An addiction so strong that our senses are numbed. And we let the numbers rule, forgetting their original intentions. Our brain / our mind  was given to be used for the greater good. Same as our bodies is the need for nourishment to be and stay healthy. Moderation is the key to sustaining and functioning at a level that makes possible our healthy living and thinking. We know if we overindulge in food or drink, alcohol or any drug of any kind–will become toxic and eventually lead to serious problems. We want and need to stay aware of what we put in our body. From the earliest stages in life until our last breath. That is crucial in order to sustain and maintain a productive life. We know that, but are we taught or do we take time to teach our children or others? But it seems we are lacking in these times, removed to a disconnect, overwhelmed by the busyness of our lives. Simply don’t have time. Do you know or did you know at one time? But no longer part of your repertoire in this life–no longer the pattern, standard, or gauge or the benchmark of acceptance known. Yet, no longer taught anymore. On overload.  Beginning of the erosion of the conscience and our welfare. There is the problem of sensory overload. Non-stop. Twenty Four seven. Seven days a week. Too many times, without a break. Those who are addicted to money and power have no boundaries or limitations to their own needs or wants. Everyone needs to know and grow into their potential. To be and give their best. To have that quality of life we all strive for. We can do better when we take care and use our senses and mind wisely. And by protecting and knowing the importance of our brain– we can go further than we thought. Gracefully and  gratefully.

When our first child was born, one of the first things we would learn was there was a soft spot on the top of the baby’s head. Always to be protected. Upon picking up our tiny baby. We carefully and gently cradle the baby’s head. Lovingly, Tenderly as we bring our dear baby near to our heart to love and to be nursed. A most precious and prized time in life. An incredible bonding and so valuable a time for sure. It’s such a fleeting time, we want to do it right, Get it right. We continue to learn and know our baby. Our child. And we want the best and do our best with our child, to provide the best beginning possible. To guarantee the best start for a happy, healthy and well-adjusted child. It really is a natural occurrence even through these very busy and supercharged times. We all have to recognize the importance and need in setting the groundwork to provide the basis for a  healthy, physical and mentally environment. We all play a part. What is going on around us. Did we have or provide that perfect beginning or foundation? Or were we too busy or self-absorbed. Did we drink a little too much? Or pop too many pills and now can no longer remember. Have we become a little more careless and actually reckless, becoming a normal occurrence. Do we question, or do we stay quiet not wanting to get involved. We allowed, when we should have stepped in, spoke up to squelch the spark before becoming out of control. Did you know, our brain alerts us, provides us with signals or signs when something is amiss.

It’s amazing what our body can do. And, even more so how our brain works, almost like a computer, but better for our brain “that acts like a computer”  also provides us with the ability to think, speak and remember. It’s fascinating and exciting to know how the brain works to have that beautiful mind that continually amazes. Not only yourself, but others too. We don’t always think about our brain, until we have to for some reason. Did you know, our brain is divided into two hemispheres and are connected by bundles of nerve fibers. The left side controls our ability to use languages, mathematics and logic. The right hemisphere is the main center for creative, artistic and musical abilities, also will give recognition of complicated visual patterns and the expressions of emotions. So, very important. And, that is not all it does. There are the lobes. The front lobes regulate body movement and coordination. The temporal Lobe which is lower controls hearing and speech. Think about the intricacies of the human body and the mind. There is so much more that the amazing, wonderful brain of ours can do. That is why we want to be and stay healthy as long as we can. And we should want that for everyone.
